How long has Daniel Label Printing been in business?
Daniel Label Printing is a family-owned business that started in 1930. See our history on the “About Us” page.
Do you have minimum or maximum quantities when ordering?
Generally we do a minimum of a 1,000 rolled labels or sheets. For Fan folded products, the minimum is 5,000. With the digital press we can do 1 label up to 10,000 labels. Sometimes exceptions are made so please call. We have no maximum limitations.
How are my labels shipped?
Labels printed at Daniel Label Printing are shipped via UPS for small runs and truck lines for larger loads. We deliver in the local area. Shipping is not normally included in the quoted cost of your labels. We ship either UPS or Fed Ex ground for small ground parcels and truck lines for LTL or truck loads. If desired, the entire shipment can be shipped blind to your customer. We work with several truck lines to secure the best freight rates, and of course we can ship freight collect with the carrier of your choosing.
What methods of payments are available?
We take MasterCard, Visa and American Express. If you are approved billing, our terms are 1% 10 Net 30. Your customer service can provide a credit application, but first-time orders are processed with a credit card before shipping. Your credit card payment will have to be made by phone to our accounts receivable department. We do not process credit card information via e-mail nor is it written down for security reasons.
How long does it take to produce labels?
Labels can be shipped normally 7-10 business days for repeat orders or from the time you approve a proof. If you have a deadline, please inform your customer service rep at the time you get your quote or place your order. We do not have rush fees.
Do you design labels?
NO, however, we can setup simple labels or direct you to companies that do design work.
How can I get electronic files to you?
You can email the files to us, or most larger files are sent via We transfer or Drop Box. Just contact your sales rep for instructions.

What type of labels do you make?
We do labels on most all pressure sensitive stock available. We can print one to twelve colors. We do laminations and UV coatings. We print on tag material also. In general, if it’s a label or a tag, we can probably produce it.
Do you have a catalog?
No we have no standard stock items. All labels and tags are custom made. We do have a company brochure and samples of our products available to you.
